I have an '89 Ranger 4x4 and I had the front end aligned about a year ago. It has pretty much always worn out the inside of the tires. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave:icon_confused:

Both inside edges? Either really bad negative camber or it has toe issues.

The guys who did your alignment did it wrong. lol

They probably popped it up on a hoist and screwed up on the proper angles 'cause the suspension wasn't sitting level on the ground or something.

Next time you get an alignment make sure they do it with the truck sitting on its wheels, otherwise stuff gets all messed up, because the axle beams work like levers, and compress less if you set a jack closer to the pivot point.

Measure the toe-in on the front of the tires & the rear of the tires....should be practically the same measurement within 1/16 of an inch....if it ain't.....thars problem #1.

Eyeball the wheels from in front of the truck....do the tires look like their tipping inward at the tops of the tires....ther;es problem #2.

Problem #3 would be the guy who did the alignment.
