Answer a n00bs question and they get a question answered for the time being. Force them to search by flaming them, and they will see that they themselves can find all of the information they need for a life time. It's for their own good.

Search? Been here for a long time but still have a problem linking two words together with out getting links to each word. Master+cylinder shows so many post to each one of them. Okay old I am. give me a break.
I did catch hell on a Mustang site when a guy asked for the torque rating of something internal. I told him I could but get a manual if you are that far into your project, Yep, really caught hell for that - long day and not in a good mood.

I have more success just searching on google to be honest. The search is easily confused..... we should have Jim put "Jammer" where it says search.

I have been a member of a lot of forums, and I must say this one is very patient compared to other ones ( I wont mention any names). But there is always some people who feel the urge to be an ass to someone who didn't search for a question etc. I have been a member of this forum for sometime and I can't count how many times it has saved my ass!

Actually I have been amazed how many times I coulding find something on here so I do a search on a regular search engine without referancing TRS at all and still end up back here.

I give Kudo's to anyone that wants to learn/work/tastefully modify on their own machine instead of just throwing money at it.

I love when one if us hasn't answered their question in their version of a timely manner (as if everyone is waiting for them to ask the question) so they:

A - post the same question in 67.5 more places, or

B - call us idiots for not helping fast enough.

And then if you give them an answer they don't like they

A - tell you some information as to why that isn't possible

B - rephrase the question and hope you give a different answer

So yeah, that is usually when the proverbial doo-doo hits the fan, and the torch is lit.
