Hello friends,
i am currently in the process of dropping a 92 4.0 into my 89 ranger for the old 2.9. i purchased a water pump to replace the one on the 4.0 before i dropped it in, but the threads on the new water pump are left handed threads, and the one coming off has right hand threads. i need to get the right pump, is clockwise rotation right handed thread? i just want to be sure before i order the new pump and end up with the same problem. Thanks for your time guys.
