Water Pump Pulley

After getting it all together nice and neat and hooking up the distributor, I finally remembered I need a water pump pulley.

And after searching junkyards for 2 weeks, this is becoming a vexatious task. Does anyone know where to find the Water Pump Pulley, for a 1989 Ranger w/o A/C, w/ a 5spd, and v-belt driven?

Or some equivalent pulley that will work. Heck, anything at this point, since there's an electric fan in it, being able to install the fan clutch doesn't matter anymore, even.

Any help is much appreciated.

Id say a junk yard... but 2.9's are hard to come by anymore. Maybe Napa or Broncograveyard.com?

My favorite is craiglist. Course for me it depends how far I want to go. but sometimes i just make a road trip!!! out of it.

course my daily d is a 90 subaru loyale can haul just about anything in back seat and get 30 mpg.
course it just blew a timing belt tonite on the way home so had to fire up one of my 86 rangers.

But its a non interference engine so all good I can prolly do this job with three sockets all metric plus screwdriver(for hoses) will need one wrench for fan nuts oh so nice to work on!!!!! pull the whole motor with 5 sockets and a screw driver again all metric.


And when the snow falls all 4 wheels are engaged no one tire slipping etc. yes I like them very much, lacking in the power department (you are not gong to pass any one). Ok i am ranting, little frustrated with my other 86 ranger at the moment.
