2 issues with water leaking.

Passenger side leaks when I pour water into vent at hood. Drips down, appears to be a clogged vent.

Drivers side floor board is very wet, water seems to be appearing from behind the parking brake pedal. It seems come out of the sound deading material. Above the material is dry. But the entire area underneath the material is wet. I cannot seem to get that side to leak when I spray water on the cab.

Questions would be in regards to accessing the drain area for the vent and also any ideas where the mysterious drivers side leak is appearing from?

Thanks

Looks like the drivers side floorboard leak was from the back light as many suggested. An extraordinarily bazaar leak. Anyway, I cannot find any way of clearing the passenger side cowl vent area. I cleaned up the drain hole reservoir which was caked with mud but it still backs up and floods out at the top door hinge and into the cab. Thanks, any help or link a is appreciated.
