Hi all. About a year or so ago I posted a message about having water in my cab that would soak the drivers carpet on my 1983 Ranger. I actually found that the seam/joint where the drivers windshield post (between the door and the windshield) meets the cab right under the gutter had a large crack in the factory sealant. Water was running down the gutter toward the windshield, when the water reached the end of the gutter it would "track" under the gutter at the end, through the crack and down the inside of the post to the floor. A little well placed RTV and my cab is dry. I know mine is not the only Ranger with a wet cab. I had a second Ranger and it had a wet cab.....

my 83, my 86, and my 87 all had this problem. it sucked, but fixed it the same way

I got water in my cab but then again 3ft is a little deep...

I get water under my passenger side floor, but i think its from the heater box having a leak in it. Some Silicon should fix that.

I am very "digital and technology" challenged. I might be able to get my wife to help me with a picture...wouldn't hold my breath though.....
