So I've had issues with the nozzles either not spraying or spraying incorrectly since I bought the truck. Things I have done:
1. Replaced the washer motor (I do not believe this was necessary)

2. Replaced the T coupler that connects the 3 hoses together because it was broken/leaking

3. Replaced both nozzles. No matter where you go to look for parts they only list the driver side nozzle which is Dorman 58166. So I did a google search on a whim and searched by changing the last number, being 58165 and lo and behold it was the passenger side nozzle. I was able to find it at Walmart. It says it does not fit 2000 Ford Ranger but it's definitely the correct part. Here is a link to the part if anyone needs a new passenger side nozzle: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dorman-5...le-for-Specific-Ford-Mercury-Models/514919038

4.Cleaned out hose running from pump to passenger nozzle, passenger side nozzle works beautifully.

5. Hose running to driver side is a bigger hose than the rest of the hosing system. Coupler inside big hose was broken that connects to smaller hose from T that connects everything together and I was actually able to find and coupler that was different sizes on each end to make the hoses connect together. I forget the sizes, all the hoses are 3/16" I think and the big hose is 1/4". I also replaced the bigger hose that connects to driver side nozzle.

6. I have replaced the driver side nozzle about 3 times and even after all of the work I've done the driver side nozzle just barely oozes out into what I would call the cowl vent holes. If I remove the driver side nozzle fluid seems to be flowing well, but with a nozzle connected it just dribbles out.

I basically have eliminated all possible other issues, but find it hard to believe that so many nozzles could be the actual problem. There has to be something I'm missing. If anyone has any guidance that would be awesome.

If you plug the passenger side nozzle... does the driver side spray correctly?

Seems like a pressure problem to me.

Those hose sizes seem really large. Maybe try down sizing the hoses.

All hoses are factory except for the one I replaced that attaches to the driver side. The nozzle slides right in to fit. I'll have to get someone to help me in order to plug the passenger side while I operate the sprayer. Originally when I bought the truck the driver side worked, but it shot out super high like a jet spray and the passenger side didn't Since trying to fix everything the passenger side works and driver side doesn't. I'll take some pics and upload them of the hoses and such shortly.

As you can see the driver side nozzle hose is much larger than every other hose I guess due to the size of the coupling on the nozzle that it attaches to.

Downsizing the driver side hose isn't going to work or it won't connect to the nozzle. The whole hose system is basically stock except for the broken couplers I had to replace and just replaced the big hose on right side for sh*ts and giggles hoping that would help.

Edit: Plugged the passenger side, made no difference to driver side, still just kinda dribbles out.

Test the pump connector with pump running. Ensure you have battery voltage. Could be some resistance and the pump isn't getting full battery voltage.

Or the pump is weak...

Brand new motorcraft pump installed. I'll try checking voltage I guess.

Update: Everything seems to be fine voltage wise. Like I said if I remove the nozzle there's a good flow coming out of the hose, but with the nozzle plugged into the hose it just dribbles out, and I've tried two or three new nozzles. So, I'm stumped
