I get redbox movies all the time. I just got one that literally almost rattled my xbox to pieces because the label on the center was off center by 1/32"

I recommend checking these labels for being centered before you put it in your expensive equipment:icon_thumby:

I don't rent them anymore, have yet to get a blu ray that will play in my computers blu ray drive without the need for Any-DVD, and that program isn't cheap, costs almost $70.
All my purchased blu rays work fine though.

Haven't had a problem with redbox other than the dvd or blu ray disk looked like it was used as a chew toy. But from now on I'll keep a close eye out.

first time its happened to me. its pretty common according to google

Netflix ftw.

i agree. i canceled my cable tv and now use netflix and hulu

I have only gotten one bad DVD. I sent an email about it and they had the same movie in my mailbox the next day. Pretty good service if you ask me

I just upgraded my NetFlix acount to now include 1x DVD by mail. So far with their streaming service, I have been liking it. Now I can get the lastest movies for $10 a month. Which last time I went to Blockbuster, costed me that much for 3 movies, which I have to return in 3 days. And that doesn't always fly with my work life and family time (I work at midnight). And the movies come in a timely matter. Shipped 1x DVD on Thursday, got the next one on Saturday. Oh, and the best part, the movies come in a pre-paid envolope. So "NO" return postage needed.

yeah i've gotten good customer service from redbox. complain and they throw free rentals at you.

netflix however when i called them i got horrible service from some idiot that had a stoner laugh the cool time and kept calling me duuuuude.

other than that netflix has worked awesome. my daughter watches dora the explorer on the xbox constantly. i haven't played a game on it in months haha

I never rent movies, but have several friends that do and they love the Redbox!!! Nobody has ever had a problem.....maybe you should right a note to them about the issue!!!

I use netflix and redbox both I get three disk at a time though netflix but say something comes out on a tuesday that I've been wanting to see for a long time but I'm not ready to send in my nexflix and wait three days for it I'll get from redbox. Besides one disc that skiped a coupe times in the middle of it I've never had a problem with redbox.

The only problem I had with netflix I was reciving seasons of Overhaulin' and one of the disc which just happens to have an episode I want to see really bad was removed and put in the save area and said I may never get it. I was pissed at first but there is nothing I can do. I also recived a e-mail asking me to rate a movie I got but I never recived it I told them and they sent it out the next day.
