I was pondering putting an Atlas II into my BII since my current t-case is on the way out and I may as well put something beefy in.

I was just wondering if there were any other aftermarket t-cases out there for the BII or if there are any other options I could explore.

Let me know what you guys have done. And pics would be great.

Thanks in advance

P.S. I'm not really lookin to build a doubler or anything else that extravagent. The easier the install the better.

Junkie has an Atlas in his ranger, Shane M also has a new atlas 5:1 in his B2, so yes they are made for our bolt pattern, maybe they'll chime in.

Stock cases rarely fail.

Why not just put another one back in?

Chances are you can find one in a junkyard with less than 10K on it. No one uses 4WD.

the stak 3 speed is supossed to be released with a rbv mounting pattern at some point.

Yep, I got the Atlas in mine. I like the doubler better though. Sure it's not as much beef as the Atlas, but you'd still be very hard-pressed to break it with a stock V6 (and proper axle gearing for your tires) unless you were to run it out of fluid or something.
