what do you guys think about using the energy suspension front beam pivot bushings on a dana35 front diff, i'm swapping in a dana35 in my truck with longer radius arms and it already has jeep coils and longer shocks no sway bars. so I guess what i'm asking is do you think they will hinder flex and I should stay away from them, the problem is in my dana28 I keep ripping rubber bushings apart from the rotational tourque when the beam moves through its full travel.

I thank you for any advice.

They should work fine. I have urethane bushings in mine and it flexes fine. No problems with the bushings either.

now I will highjack my own thread

4x4junkie where did you get 5.13 gears for a dana35 the lowest set I could find was 4.88s.

You could just PM him. IIRC he used Yukon.

I bought mine mailorder from a place called Shaffer's Offroad in Nevada.

Plenty of places to get gears though...

Reider Racing lists all the available ratios, Randy's Ring & Pinion... (you could even buy right here too)
