what is the bare minimum lift i need to run 33's on my o7 fx4 without issues i dont really want a body lift

If you want 33x10.5's do a torsion twist and some beltechs.

If you want 33x12.5's I believe you need a body lift and or a torsion twist/beltechs.

Don't hold me to it so do a search as this has been covered many times before and there should be plenty of posts about it.

would a leveling kit be better than the twist and what belltech shackels do i need and what shock will give me the best ride i use it for work with lots of really rough muddy roads

You need Belltech 6400 shackles, or knock off part store brand shackles will work. They're made for lowering full size Chevys but their shackles are mounted inverted.

this^

i believe 12.5's have been done with just the torsion twist. but if you want you could just throw a 1" BL on with the twist to be sure. and you wont have a huge frame/body gap

^^^^ yea different wheels and a 1bl and crank tbars and shackles you should fit 33s with out rubbing

what offset wheels do i need to run the 10.5s and what shocks will give me the best ride

Bilstien shocks are the best shock around. You should probably get 15X8 or 15X7 rims with 3.75-3.5 backspacing.

how will the truck ride with the t bars cranked and do you know what part numbers i need for the shocks or do i just need shocks that are 2 inches longer ?

I have 33x12.5s on my ranger with just the body lift, minimal rubbing at full lock when fully flexed.
