Hello all im new to the forum but not new to rangers, I have always liked the look of the prerunner bumpers on them and I finally decided to make one myself.just wondering what size materials you all used? I was thinking of using 2" and 1.5" steel tubing and im not sure how thick I I should make the skid plate? Or if any of you have any measurements for a 93-97 that would be awesome

2" is huge for a ranger. 1 3/4 is what mine is with some 1 1/2 for the side supports to the frame, and looks perfect. my skid is 1/8" aluminum.

Tubing- 1.75" .120 wall DOM
Skid- 1/4" Aluminum
Frame horn plate work- 1/8" plate
