Walker Flexas Ranger.......yes another one!

Its already burned in good on four sides and I have two braces to add after I figure out the mount for my tank. The reciever is only for a recovery point.

The beam is a heavy ass C-channel.

Got a little more done today. 2" frame for bed is finished, but not welded to chassis yet. Flared it out near rthe cab to make room for a wide thin radiator.Thinkin about using a 90's F150 radiator.Had to many problems washing mud out of the thick 3 core I had in the B2 so Im thinking a wide 1 core will be easy to flush out to keep core clean and still cool plenty good. Will be mounted with bottem kicked back and dual fans blowing down thru it.
Getting a sheet of #9 expanded metal for the floor of the bed.

Got the rear bumper finished today and it turned out great. Added a crossmember to mount front of gas tank skidplate and welded nuts into bumper for rear of skid.

Gas tank and skid all finished. Finished welding up the lower bed frame and its now tacked to the chassis. Picked up a nice Foxbody radiator that fits perfect behind the cab.

Tank is tucked up nicely and is higher than it was in the Bronco2 so it should work great. 23 gallons FTW!

Nice, I bet your gonna have fun drilling the holes for the LEDs in that channel :icon_thumby:

sweet. ide personally just swap in a roundhouse kick under the hood.

Looks good! Only thing I might do different is flip that crossmember you put in above the rear axle over, so that the angle is pointing up and won't hold water/mud and start rusting.

The bed floor is going to be expanded metal so it will be very easy to hose everything off after playing in the mud.

Foxbody rad and a Taurus fan....nice fit.

Wont make mounts until main hoop is made but this is how it should sit.

Gettin there! Got the front clip off and cut up the core support and rebuilt it stronger around the body mounts and raised the bottom so i can mount the winch behind the grill.
Added a 2" body lift, got my shock tabs, figured out my front bumper, did some rust repair under the old battery tray and got the rest of the tools I need to build bed and exo.

Will start bending tube on friday and hope to be finished by monday nite.
