volume issues on windows 7

can't get my volume to turn up... checked the device manager and the device is working properly, the driver is updated...


it's almost as if the down arrow is stuck, because i can turn it up a little bit and then it goes back down to zero. idk what's going on

nevermind. not really sure what was wrong with it, but apparently all it needed was a restart.

Windows 7 has a bug in it that discretely turns the audio off for whatever reason. It usually happens every other day or so if you leave the PC on constantly. The fix is a restart of the system.

Ive never had that problem, and i only restart my computer when MS pushes updates. Therefore some times it runs constantly for a month or more.
