Truck is a 93 extended cab 2x4 with the 3.0.

Does have completely upgraded electrical system to support my audio.
Consist of:
Mechman 260A alternator
XS power D6500
Big 3 in 1/0

My problem is that the stock voltage meter drops DRASTICALLY as you increase the fan speed for the a/c. The truck also started idling funny today and overheating without running the a/c but temp jumps ALOT quicker with just the a/c on low. Water pump was repalced this past October. Battery and Alternator are both practically new and put on just a couple weeks ago.

So i guess my question is, is there some sort of ground that could be loose or something within the a/c system? Really need to figure out the voltage issue before i fry an amp.

Is it possible your fan belt is not tight enough and is slipping? (bad tensioner maybe?) Your combination of symptoms seems to correlate with that.
