Personnaly, i think may be its my drive shaft angle that cause that vibration.

I also think that its the drive shaft. When I flipped mine I had no vibrations.

You need to make sure your pinion angle is set correctly. It needs to be equally opposite to your trans angle...for example, if your trans is angled down 6 degrees, your pinion needs to be angled up 6 degrees. If it's off by a lot you WILL get vibrations, ask me how I know. You can fix this with either angled leaf shims or by cutting your spring perches off and welding them on in a different spot to correct the angle. If you still have problems, it could be a bad u-joint, tires out of balance like mentioned before, and a few other things.

The bolt is probably rusted to the steel sleeve that is inside the bushing. Common problem. Cut the head of the bolt off and pound it through. You need a new bolt if it's that bad anyway...so don't be gentle with it.

Cool! Glad to hear you got it fixed.

To tell the difference between tires and driveline- The driveshaft will rotate 3 to 4 times faster than the tires (depending on the gear ratio). A high freq vibration at 45MPH will most likely be in the driveline. A low, of course, would most likely be a tire inbalance.
