Need some help. Im new here. 91 Ranger 4wd 5 speed. 4 inch lift. When I turn the wheel left I get a major vibration . I can feel it in the steering wheel and floor. Everything is new. Bearings, rotors, ujoints spindle , outer axle. New tires and new rims. Front end alignment. All torques are correct as well. Any ideas.

I locked the hubs in and nothing really changed. Even putting truck in neutral and turning left . Series noise and vibration

It sure does sound like you are still in 4x4 mode. Just to make sure, I would unlock the hubs, and then jack each side of the front up till you can turn the tire by hand, and while turning it by hand, hubs unlocked, take a peek around the back and make sure the axle/u-joint is not turning. Hubs can get stuck in sometimes. I would do both sides just to make sure the hubs are unlocking.

I have tried with hubs locked and not locked. I even pulled front drive shaft out. When unlocked axles are not turning. I have owned this truck 16 years. Never had this problem til now. It was setting for 3 years while I redone everything on it.

Is this vibration happening while the truck is sitting stationary? Or when it's rolling? Wasn't clear to me when I re-read the symptoms.

Rolling, turning left.
