heres the whole story, about a week ago i smoked a rear wheel bearing on my way home, and suddenly had no brakes? i figured the wheel seal got hot (everything got really HOT) and burnt out the seals and fluid was just flowing by so i bought bearing seal and wheel seal and tore into it, first the little bolt, in the rearend broke off. got that out then the big pin through the spider gears, was stuck in so i took the whole axle out and to a buddys shop, and torched it out got a new pin changed both wheeel bearings seals and EVERYTHING in the rear brakes.

now just got it all back together and blead and blead and blead all 4 corners and nothing pedal goes right to the floor will not get hard. im stumped any ideas??? :icon_confused:

I assume fluid is coming out when you bleed the rear slaves.

The pedal should pump up because of the front brakes then feel spongy if back brakes have air in the lines or pedal will slowly go to the floor if there is a leak in the rear lines somewhere, but pedal will pump up.

I would bleed the front brakes, and if you still get no pedal I would look at the master cylinder or differential valve just below the master cylinder.
Master cylinder has two brake lines coming out, one for the front brakes one the the rear brakes.
These go into a differential valve setup that prevents failure of either the front or rear brakes lines from taking both systems down.

Which is why you should have "pedal" if the front brakes were not affected by the rear brake problem.

Also check the connectors on the rear brake cylinders...could be a small leak from one or both of them and that will prevent the system from bleeding properly...you won't see it easily some times but if you wrap a rag around the joint it will eventually show a wet spot if there is a leak...

got them to work a little bit but the pedal is still very soft will go almost to the floor then work very little still will not pump up to anywhere near what it should be any ideas??

Are the rear brakes even adjusted anything close to correctly?

Yes, brake systems don't support a lot of movement, rear shoes should be manually adjusted out, you can test the adjustment with emergency brake/cable, or by drum/wheel movement, if jacked up.
