Valve Tick Thing?

Ive been noticing a tick coming from what sounds like my valves. sorta sounds like its only from the passenger side. I think I remember hearing something about this being common with the OHV? Just looking for some clarification on what it could be.

The classic tick on a 4.0 is a usually galled pushrod tips
and galled pushrod sockets in the rocker arms.

The fix is to replace the affected rockers and pushrods.

And yeah, it really is JUST the pushrods and rockers
