Welcome Visitor! Please take a few seconds and 
i need to take the front valance off of my truck, i believe the bumper is off of an 03, it's the thin bumper with the tall valance and square fogs (seen below) i need to take it off so i can put my tow hooks back on the front end (they don't fit with my BL)
Removal process: is it, remove bumper, remove valance from bumper, reinstall bumper? and if so, how does the valance attach to the bumper? also, is it easier to remove the bumper if i first remove the grill?
