Passenger side under a cover next to the catalytic convertor. Them are fum.

what do you mean "under a cover" is there a cover on the tranny? or on the floorboard?

Should be a cover more like a shield on the passenger side of the trans somewhat shielding it from the heat of the cats. Under that cover/shield will be your modulator for your transmission.

mine didnt have a shield but its in that spot above the cat, good luck if you dont have a body lift

Its easy once you have the cover off google image the modulator on a tranny and then u can tell where to look. prolly take ya 20 mins :P
