vacume lines???

those vacuum lines being unplugged wont cause white smoke.

most likely you cracked a head or popped a head gasket about the same time you disconnected and plugged the lines.

pull your oil filler vap and look for the dreaded milkshake.

is it possible that it just cold where you live and your just getting a lot of condensation in the pipes?does it smoke all the time or does it stop after it warms up?

i doesnt run long enough to get warmed up

i pulled the plugs today and they were wet and black

sounds kinda like you're just burning oil... does it burn oil? what that has to do with your vacuum lines i don't really know. maybe try putting your stock ones back on and see the result. trial and error that will rule out it being the vacuum hoses and tell you once and for all if that has anything to do with it.
