Well it's probably not going to hurt anything to fix all that stuff because they will all introduce more air than the system needs and cause other symptoms like high idle or rough running.
If you catch them all and still seeing the same symptoms then the booster needs to be replaced...as I suspect you are well aware by this point...
I replaced mine on two different vehicles...the first one I bought from a parts supplier from a junkyard and had someone else install it for me...the second one I went to a U-pick and learned how to remove and install...and saved a bundle of money...
