I was wondering if I could use a radiator used for v8 swaps with my 4.0? I can pick one up from a guy that was going to do a v8 swap, and he's selling it cheaper than getting a v6 radiator from the pick a part.

If your thermostat is working properly, the engine won't cool any more than it needs to. So as long as the outlets will mate to the hose of the 4.0 it would work.

I personally prefer the Explorer radiator.(91-94 Explorer, A/T, w/ A/C)
