V6 3.0 same years??

What years did cars/trucks have the same V6 3.0 motors??
I have a 2001 Ranger XLT flex fuel and I need to buy some heads and I would like to know which heads will interchange?

Not sure were you are buying your heads from, I assume burnt valve seats? I just bought 2 reman heads from these guys for $220 ish to my door. Couldnt be happier. THese guys rock

I've been checking prices on 3.0 heads and they range from $190 pair - $300+
depending on the year.
