So if I got a 6" lift for a Jeep, would i be able to some how use those pieces to lift my ranger. I'm not sure of the whole process, but I would imagine with some fabrication and a donor Jeep I should be able to make it work, correct?

I"ve heard of using the coil springs on the front. Nothing else works AFAIK. The TTB is different than all other front ends including jeep.

I have 6" XJ coil springs under the front of my BII. But yeah, little else other than perhaps some of the bolts will fit unless you're also swapping your axle (maybe that was the intention? If so, then you'd be able to use more stuff like the radius arms or link arms, though there are much better axles to use than one from a Jeep, especially for a heavy Supercab truck)

Edit: I see OP has a '98 listed on his profile, so even the coils wouldn't work without mounting/fabbing up a set of coil buckets first.
