URGENT 2.3t swap help

okay well here's where im at right now. i got a tired out 5.0 and a power sucking c6 in my 2wd 89 ranger (ex 2.9/a4). i just came across a turbocoupe motor and t5 complete with harness for $900 it even includes the (LA3 im guessing) computer.

im willing to do it if its a STRAIGHTFORWARD electrical job. im going to need to do this start to finish in about a week and a half (christmas break) thats all the time i have to take my truck off the road.

im sureley going to have a bunch more questions. but for now any insight at all would be highly appreciated.

wow i already have more questions- can i use stock 2.3 ranger motor mounts? and will a 1 core ranger rad be enough? oh and can i just use the basic tbird harness in a sort of "standalone" configuration? like keep it and the entire tbird harness in the engine bay and just run basic power and stuff to it, so i dont have to mess with my original big ass firewall plug pins and harness...
