has anyone heard of a Ural they use them in russian and stuff like that and i was wanting any kind of info on one

Ural motorcycles? Yup...my old man has been wanting to buy one for years now. Pretty dang neat little bikes. Pretty decently priced bikes too...I think they only come in sidecar form? But you have the option of making that extra wheel powered, so 2wd! lol. There's dealers scattered across the states.
