2.3L ('83-'97) Upper Intake manifold / throttle body torque specs needed 2.3L

Hi y'all,

Does anyone have the torque specs for the upper intake manifold to the lower intake manifold for a 1990 ranger xlt 2.3L? I'm putting my truck back together and need them! IF ya have them please let me know! Also the throttle body to upper intake. Thanks!
