I have, what sounds to me like, a whistling sound. Its definitly not a vacum leak. I thought it may be the camshaft, but its not a chirp like others say it is. Its a solid whistling noise. I dont know if it could be a belt, but its not a squeaking noise.

Any ideas before I have to take it to the dealer would be greatly appreciated.

That squeal is the belt tensioner or the belt idler bearing. These are bearings zackly like rollerskate bearings. They tend to go away at near the same time and if one squeals install both at the same time.
If you take the belt off and start her up and the squeal has stopped then you prolly have found the problem.

Sounds like we have the same issue. I will take my belt off when I get home. I really am hoping its not my camsyncro.

my camshaft syncro was replaced at 91k miles im at 160k now so it could be possible but im hoping its not that either i don't have the money for it. The noise i get isnt steady if im on the gas its more prominent when i let go of the gas i can hear it fade but still there. Ican here it more on dirt vs street too.

Same. I usually wont start hearing it until about 10-15 min after driving. Or if I hit 3.5k+ RPM's. We will see if removing the belt fixes my issue tonight.

If you avn't replaced both the tensioner and the idler bearings in 50K then do it now and see what happens.
