I was wondering if anybody has a set of the standard 2" coil spacers that they could measure for me. I'd like to get the important dimensions, which would allow me to save a few bucks and machine them myself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

mine are 2 1/4" tall. check library for washer size.

Do the spacer at 3.5" dia. and 1.375" tall. The 1.375" will give you about 2" of lift at the wheel. I believe the washers I used for my washer spacer was either 3.5" or 3.25".

Note: TIB suspension has a "lift ratio". For every 1" you add at the coil, it will give you 1.5" at the wheel. It's because of where the spring is mounted. Just in case you did not know. So a 2" spacer would give you 3", which is not alignable with a 2wd.

Great, thanks alot guys.

So it seems to me that the raised portion and flat on the side of the production spacer are noncritical. Can anyone confirm this?
