It has now been about two weeks since I have driven my Ranger. :bawling::bawling::bawling:

I like the way the S-10 handles in the curves on route 405 on the way to work, but I miss my truck. I can't wait to get her put back together. Two more weeks and I should be good. Hoping for less than that though.

Hmmmmm...two weeks...well, that can be a long time...

I went almost six years...putting parts on it every once in a while...sitting in it and wondering if I'd ever be able to drive it again...and posting on here regularly like some phony Ranger owner....lol

I learned to be more patient with this build...like it all happened in good time...just think of it as a lesson...grasshopper...:)

its goin on about three years for me.....unless you count sitting behind the wheel going vroom..

I could probably be darn close to having her ready to go again if I wold spend more time on it after work. And if I had batteries for the flash light.

I'd also be getting it done a lot faster if I wasn't going to take the dash out to clean up some of my custom wiring jobs and to find a place to put my remote keyless entry module.

I am going nuts, after pretty much parking mine last fall and ripping the guts out and replacing them late winter... it is at the exhaust shop and might hopefully be done tomorrow. :yahoo:

probably have mine off the road longer then that if i am lucky this year.

it will suck but if it goes ok it will be worth it.

i cant stand s10's. just dont fit right:dunno:

You guys!!!!

Do what I did.......

Bolt enough parts together to get it to the gas station........

Then.........every day when you get home..........

add another part that is important........

like the hood(s).........or something......

I feel for ya man. I've been kind out of the loop...What's up with your rig?

I'm going on four months now. It's drivable, but hardly street legal. Still have to finish up the 8.8, so my gears match. Almost there!!

I haven't driven mine in 3 months. It's waiting on me to get my parts together. It's been driven around the yard some.. Ya know, moving it into the shop, moving it out of the shop..

I don't mind little S-ten, but you are right, the fit is not like it is in the Ranger. One of the big reasons I want her back so bad.

Bolt enough parts together to get it to the gas station........

4 plugs, the battery, and the starter are all that is preventing me from actually starting it. I have nothing bolted to the engine in terms of exhaust, and I can't seem to get the trans to bolt up again. That might make it hard to get to the gas station.

Who's sig? Don't think there is anything up with mine.
