Turning a brushgaurd into a prerunner style bumper

This is what i started out with

Made mounts from the frame up

Copped up the brushgaurd and took the two bottom conner bends by the headlights

Got some metal tubing locally for the two side supports

Took the two upper bends of the brushgaurd by the headlights, chopped and re-welded them into a hoop for the top

And bedliner coat and this is the finished bumper

I think it came it good for my first time building up something this big, the only other thing ive really built are my light bar mounts
