Hey are you guys plannin on another one come spring ? i get a week off for spring break and that looks like fun , would a mostly stock 97 Ranger on 31's do ok ther or do i need to upgrade a little more ?

You truck will do fine. The red ranger in the pics (railman) has a mostly stock truck with 32's and he goes everywhere I do...

yeah, someone has to rescue you from ya Cajones....

WNY964x4, you would have a weeks worth of trails to ride...they have over 100miles of trails there...not to mention it is a Nat. Park...so there is alot more to see and do as well...

plus the Lakes are fun for whatever ya like to do in the water...

yea , it sounds like an awesome place , i would just like to go with a group of seasoned vetrans of the place like you guys , and it gets me away from NY , just gotta find a place to stay for a week

they offer "primative" camping at TB, they also offer full hook-up campsites close by with shower facilities (if ya wanna stay in a tent but have a shower handy ) ...

if ya looking for a room, Lake Barkley Lodge is the nicest about 5-7 miles away...and Kenlake Lodge is less than 5 miles away ( can actually see it across the lake from TB, as well as less expensive than Barkley Lodge ) both also offer cabins if a group would like to go in to help with the cost...

Mid-March.....could be anything from below freezing to 80's....SERIOUSLY....

i remember once when i came home for spring break....was 80 on Friday, by Sunday we had 6" snow

but, we can plan something for then for sure

ok , thats nothin new to me , the day i wrecked moms car it was 55 in the morning , 8 inches of snow by 3 in the afternoon , and that was in november , Western New York , the only place where you use tha A/C and the heater in the same day

and let me double check with my parents , as my mom technically "owns" my truck

I remember getting 6" of snow last year in April!!!

We just got 1" here a week or two ago, it was almost 70 the day before & in the 60s the day after. Cold again here today with a slight chance of some snow tonight & this weekend, probably won't do much though.

I'm ready to hit Turkey Bay again, ya'll keep me informed!
