Turboing my 3.0, suggestions?

Hello there,

Been looking to turbo my truck for a little while now. I'm going to be buying parts over the rest of the summer as my pay checks come in.

First thing I'm looking at buying is the turbo itself, of course. I'd like to stick with an eBay one. I can always replace it for cheap if it blows up. As none of these sellers provide compressor maps, does anyone have any experience with a particular model strapped to a 3.0? This will be for my daily driver, so the lowest spool up would be best, as I never redline it.

What parts are you looking to buy? A turbo is an obvious necessity to turbocharging, but what else are you looking at getting so that your engine can handle it?
