Turbocharging my 2.3l

Im looking to turbocharge my daily driver 2.3l 5 speed.
Ive been looking into putting a turbo in for awhile but dont know what size would be good for my ranger. I realize the fact that its my daily driver makes a difference as well as its all stock under the hood. Not worried about budget and I dont wanna cut corners.

Upgrade to forged internals and get a stock turbo off of a 2.3 mustang or thunderbird.
