Anybody know where i could pick up a turbocharger for my 94' ranger 4.0? and if so what would be the price range on said turbocharger

Any company that sells turbos, craigslist, ebay....
Are you another guy who thinks they can just rig a turbocharger into the exhaust stream and start cramming air down the intake? I suggest you do a lot of research on forced induction in general before attempting or purchasing any parts.

Locate a few of the members here who have turbocharged their OHV 4.0L. They may have some specific input also.
