I just bought a T3/T4 hybrid turbo kit for the 2.3!!! It's a 94 model, I just need to know how much boost I can run safely on the stock internals, and do you know of any intercoolers that will fit into a Ranger without much hacking?? (I just rebuilt the engine a month ago).

Is it a stock ranger 2.3 or a T-bird turbo 2.3?
It depends on which motor you have, and how you had it rebuilt, stock for a T-bird was 16psi to 18psi I believe, it had forged pistons and such...

I'm running around 20-25psi depending on how It's running, and what I'm doing with the car, thats on a semi built 2.3T motor.

An intercooler will have to be custom fit infront/below the radiator for best flow.

It's a N/A 2.3. What is the difference in compression between the 2 motors? And are there any significant structural differences between the 2 motors??

the turbo motors were lower compression (about 8:1 or so) and they had forged pistons. Also the turbo blocks have a boss cast into them for an oil drainback line.

You should check in with the guys at www.TurboTbird.com, They'll help you out with everything you want to know about putting a turbo on a N/A motor...
