Turbo swap. What all is needed?

[2001-2.5-5speed]

Ok I spun a bearing in my 2.5L and I'm thinking that there's no better time to turbo my motor than while I have it pulled for a rebuild. While I have some idea of what I'll need for the turbo swap, I'm still pretty clueless for the most part being that I've never seen a turbo Lima in person to study what all is changed out/modified. I'll list what I know I'll need to get and you guys can just tell me what I'll need just to get it running.

Turbo
Turbo manifold
36-42 lb injectors (or what do you suggest?)
255 fuel pump
Felpro gasket (I forgot the exact one was needed...)
Bigger Throttle body? (not sure here that's why I'm coming to you guy's)
Bigger MAF? (once again not sure if it's need so inform me if I'm wrong)
BOV (not sure which one to get)
TC flywheel and PP

And that's all I can think of.

go check out turboford.net lots of great info over there. I did a swap but used the whole engine and ran LP instead so Im not a huge asset to the fuel side

I'm planning on doing the same thing to my '99 2.5. Been trying to make a parts list and get this done. What would you suggest I run the boost to on stock motor. Don't really want to rebuild yet and not planning to make it fast just want better power when pulling trailers on the highway.

5psi MAX, the hyperutectic rods and cast pistons are the weak points in the 2.5

the rods are powdered rods.... yes weak....

Well Nevermind that too. Looks like I'll be buyin a crank, rods, and pistons now. Where's a good place for a good exhaust manifold for the turbo swap?

40bob.com has great manifold stuff. or just get an E6.
