just gotta find a new turbo now and finish the tune! the seals in the stock turbo are pretty much shot so once the exhaust warms up she starts to smoke. time for a bigger turbo i guess :P

Wow, that's really nice. Are the fiberglass bedsides? I love it.

Good work man...You've been busy.

no they are factory bedsides that are pulled as far as they will nicely pull. i cut one side off because it was smashed beyond fixing and replaced it with on off my spare bed that happened to be good

I like that truck.

Do you have any details on how you pulled the bedsides? I was thinking about flaring but that looks really good

I love me a proper frame off build.

well thank you! i like your truck. how are you liking the holset?

Pulls really hard once it spools:icon_hornsup:

I never tried any other turbo on the truck, but my guess is an hx35 without paired manifold would have to much lag. I'm hitting full boost in between 3600-4000 rpm depending on load and gear. Will spin tires on revlimiter thru all 2nd gear on dry roads at 14 psi if I hold it... It isn't that bad lol, but I think my cam helps much.

Cool project and good to see you replacing the old truck.

That said I really dont like the bed sides. Axle is just to wide. Obviously you know how to weld and shortening that axle is just to easy to not do it. My opinion only of course!:icon_thumby:
