I've got a 87 Ranger with a 87 TC engine swapped in (all stock)....... The turbo has an exhaust leak right where the 4 bolt flange puts the two halves together. The truck spols up just fine, and goes to max boost (12-13 lbs) with no effort, either..... Is there a gasket set available for the IHI, or will I have to make my own gasket????:dunno:

You could try some hi temp liquid gasket just unbolt it do a nice bed all 'round bolt it back and wait 1 days for it to dry and test the thing.

it's a fairly standard type turbo gasket, we use some turbonetics turbos at work and I happened upon a spare gasket once and that's what I used...

silicone will not hold up...

heres the fel-pro part number for the turbo mounting kit that i believe contains that gasket.
FPG ES72811.
