there isnt much out there for EEC-IV support. your best bet is to get ahold of bamachips and have a custom chip burnt.

I'm not looking to change the set points. I want something to show me current values so I can use them to trouble shoot problems.

the only device that might be able to datastream with your computer would be a genuine STAR tester.
