Tuner or pulley kit?

I got a 03 3.0 short bed with a manual granny. Its a thunderbolt edition and my granny is already geared high. I want a little more kick out of it and would it be better to get a tuner or a pulley kit, i'vee seen arguments for both and I don't know which to go with. I've already modified my air box and plan to put a c.a.i. on it.

Arguments without test data are unsubstantiated opinion - mostly useless.

You already have a CAI.

Save your money and just live it.

I always suggest making the tuner the last modification you're planning. That way, the tunes can be written to account for all of the mods you've done and you'll see the largest benefit.
You can get the tuner now, and buy more updated tunes later, but that just costs more money in the Long run.
