TTB Heim Steering Setup

2 - 54" of 1.5" X .25" wall DOM tubing
4 - 7/8" Hex Head Weld Bungs, 2 LH & 2 RH, 14TPI for Heim Joints
4 - 7/8" Jam Nuts, 2 LH & 2 RH, 14TPI for Heim Joints
2 - 7/8" X 7/8" RS H&C Chromoly Heims, 1 LH & 1 RH
2 - 7/8" X 3/4" RS H&C Chromoly Heims, 1 LH & 1 RH
2 - 7/8" X 3/4" RS Stainless Safety Misalignment
2 - 7/8" X 3/4" RS Stainless Misalignment
2 - 3/4" bore Safety Washers

This is what came with my steering kit from RSS.

Im trying to figure out the location of the mis alignments and safety mis aligns.

The way this is setup the only thing i can see is I would need:

Pitman arm: One misalign and one safety misalign
Knuckles: One misalign each and one safety-misalign on top of each.
Cross over point: Two misalignments because of the double shear.

Overall: 5x Misalign and 3x Safety Mis align

This is how I would do it, which would require another order from RSS for one more safety misalign and two more mis aligns.

Am I looking at this wrong? I know you need a safety washer anywhere there is a single shear, but is there a place im putting a misalignment type and I dont need it?

Looks like you're on the right track as far where each type goes. Assuming you're replicating the stock linkage or something like what Stonecrusher was briefly selling (Y-link style), I think you would need 5 misalignment spacers (1@pit, 1@each knuckle, 2@x-over joint), and 3 safety-misalignment spacers (1@pit, 1@each knuckle). You shouldn't need the safety washers if you're using safety-misalignments.
 
Now this kit came with 2 7/8 - 7/8 and 2 7/8 - 3/4 To run the safety and mis align on the 3/4 Ill have to run a 5/8 bolt. Which spots would benefit better from a smaller bolt? I was thinking pitman arm, and at the y link. This way the knuckles have the support from a larger bolt, and Im not drilling too large a hole in my pitman arm. 30$

Or should I just order two new 7/8 7/8 with the parts for 80$

A 5/8 bolt should fine at your Y-link junction, however I'm not sure I'd recommend it at the pitman arm unless you can set it up in double-shear somehow.
 
Guess ill be getting another 7/8 7/8 heim.

Friend keeps trying to talk me into a double swing steering setup. Or atleast a single swing. But damn its expensive.
 
Honestly, I'd have to agree with them... Or at least agree in that what I suspect it is you're doing (copying the linkage that Stonecrusher was briefly selling for TTB rigs?) has a significant flaw in the geometry in that each side is not balanced, which according to many reports I've seen still shows noticeable bumpsteer.

Have you considered some type of K-link (centerlink) setup? Though not quite as ideal as a swingset, it's much better than the Stonecrusher-style setups. A K-link also holds a strength advantage in that it uses straight tierods unlike a swingset which needs significant bends to clear both the front diff housing and the swinger(s) and/or pitman arm.
