will axle shafts from a d44 ttb fit in a 1979 hp d44?
thanks

nobody knows? c'mon 4x4junkie. you should know! lol

They won't work. A ttb pass axle is 2 pieces just like a ranger. The drivers inner from ttb is longer than a solid axle. The stubs will work though.

ok thanks man, so the stubs are the only ones that will work. how many shafts are there on the passenger side of a straight axle?

Here's your straight axle shafts

shit thats much more simple than the 6 shafts the TTB uses, haha.

the reason I ask is, unfortunately, my D44 came without the shafts. or a ring gear. just the axle, coils, radius arms, trac bar mount, drag link. so ill be getting a trac bar made, and ill be buying a set of ttb outter stub shafts and hubs from my buddy, and ill have to buy the inner shafts and some 4.56s.
