Truckspotters

I softly deleted my posts so they're not viewable so Ford can attempt to retrieve this truck. I agreed to not write anything at the moment.

If you have this Sea Splash Ranger, contact me and I will help you out of this mess.
So what is the actual story on this?

Also in your brokerage dealings with this truck situation getting straightened out. I know a guy we could try and get it in the Hershey Auto Museum, Friend of friend who donated land to it.....

So not wanting to interrupt the forum discussion with the conversation on the splash truck but don't want to forget to post this. At a 4wd shop in the air park I work in. Has Connecticut tags supposed to be spending it's retirement in the Outer Banks. Sad cause it'll rust away but at least it will be in it's natural habitat 😂

If you know the owner, send him my way. I may be able to help him with his retirement.

@G8orFord
I sure don't I stopped by there trying to find some OG white spoke wheels I had seen the BII for a week or so just took pics while I was there and they filled me in on it

I believe the story is that Jim is sworn to secrecy.

Regardless of the going on behind this. Ford has a reputable Hotrod shop and damn good painter and body man that is willing to take the time to get this thing museum quality if they decide to spare this from the crusher. I have a feeling it would be welcomed with open arms at the Hershey Auto Museum.

The only thing special about this truck is it's 1994 paint job. I think the person in possession of it took out the motor making it even more worthless.

O'Reilly guy showed up today in his brand new work truck. Guess what it was. That's right. It's a Ford EFFING Ranger

I saw this one in the QuikTrip. Looked like brand new.

Doraville, right next to me in Dunwoody, just north of Atlanta perimeter beltway. Garage queen I suspect

Couldn't get a picture of it on the highway.

There was Tripplecrew? six full doors F650 with a dulley bed and cap pulling a big Bayliner on a triaxle trailer.

Even spending its life parked 30 feet from the ocean in the Outer Banks it will still experience a heck of alot less salt than there is on the roads in Connecticut...

@RangerNumber3 @Dirtman the truck had a Dana 28 in the front not sure what they had going on with hubs but it was a factory 4wd bronco. And haven't spent much time in Connecticut but plenty of time on the OBX and it won't take long for the poor little thing to rot away....
