94 4.0L stick shift ranger
So yesterday I got in my truck to go to work and it didn't want to crank took 2 or 3 tries then barely cranked up after that was running fine same thing happened when I got in it to come home hard to start then ran fine after I got it going. after I parked and turned it off I decided to see if it would come back on and it wouldn't completely dead engine wounldnt even turn over so I replaced the starter relay and tested the starter motor it was faulty so I bought another and replaced it today. started it up and it ran ok then I turned it on and off a couple times and now it wont crank again but is turning over. put the battery on the charger to see if I drained it turning it on and off but it still had 14 amps in it. also checked the terminals and cleaned them they look fine ,spark plugs didn't look great but ive seen way worse in running trucks before, also pressed in the valve on the fuel rail while someone turned the key to make sure it was getting fuel it squirted out fine, air filter is clean, im out of ideas any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks
