if i wanna do a small body lift and put 31's on my 95 bone stock 2.3l 5 speed manual single cab ranger...what gear ratios should i set it to to ensure i dont loose any power and dont kill my gas milage? i want to be able to have enough power for the truck to run and perform as it regularly does but with the lift and bigger tires?so to achieve this what should i use? thanks guys!

You should use the tech library and your brain. Go do some research man, we have pages and pages of this info.

Plus, we need to know a LOT of things about the truck that you haven't told us that are far more important to the questions you are asking, like current tire size and gear ratio.

Well ideally it won't perform the same that's the idea lol. But anyways remember it's a trade off more bigger tires and gears more lowend, but you might lose a little top speed on the highway...
