Well I decided to tear into it today and do valve seals without removing the engine. I bought the vlave spring compressor and air hold hose from ebay. I found some pretty interesting things out about my engine. With 194,000 on it I was suprised the push rods and rockers looked fine. #6 which is where I was burning the oil, the intake seal was cracked a bit and the exhaust seal wasn't even down on the guide. It was riding half way up on the valve. I was loosing air pressure out the intake when I had the air hold hose on it which I kinda figured since the engine has been sucking oil around the valve. Cylinders 4 & 5 were sealed nice when I put the air to them. I also could not move the valves side to side so is it safe to say the guides are atleast ok?? I got it all back together and it seems the smoking is gone, I'll have to double check in the daytime to be sure. I do have a little bit of a mis at idle and low rpm cruising, I am thinking maybe low compression from the valve being gummed up. I am going to try to put some sea foam thru it and I also need to to take the egr valve off as I'm sure it's all caked up. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I have bought some time on thge engine replacement.
