truck over heated starts andrews?

So i overheated my truck. It will start if I hold the pedal to the floor but wont stay running. What could be the possible issues?

Blown head gasket? Warped head? Burned valve seals?

I could guess all day. Some preliminary diagnostics will help.
Do you have coolant in it? Is the coolant 'snotty'? Is there coolant in the oil? What are the cylinder pressures (compression test)?
